LIABILITY
Completerentacar.com acts solely as a car rental broker for various independent rent a car companies, in the locations we provide services. The contracts for the vehicle hire is between the renter and the local rent a car company. That automatically means that it is subject to the laws of the county in which it is supplied. The renter will be required to sign a rental contract with the local rental company which supplies the vehicle. Completerentacar.com is not responsible for suppliers that not fulfill the contract and does not accept responsibility for loss, damage, injury or death, breach of contract or any other cause.

DRIVING LICENCE
Drivers must have the driving license for at least 1 year and a valid passport or ID when collecting the car. In a few countries and for specific car categories the driving license is required to be held at least for 2-3 years. Details per country and per car group you may see at the local terms and conditions.

VEHICLES
All the vehicles are mechanically checked before each renting. In addition our rent a car suppliers use the latest and safest car models. We suggest you, before you rent a car to check it (lights, brakes, indicators) and if you are not satisfied to ask for changing.

CAR CATEGORIES
We can not promise any specific car make or model. The named cars at our web site are only examples. Please clarify before you rent a car which other cars belong to the same car category. If the rent a car supplier can not offer a car of the ordered car group, has the right to offer a car of the next car category without charging extra the customer.

RENTAL PERIOD
Rentals under 7 days are charged at a higher daily rate. Many times there are special offers for long long term reservations from our rent a car suppliers. Rental period is based on a 24 hours base, starting at the time as in the voucher. The minimum period of rent a car is 1 day. There is an hour grace which is valid only while booking the car. Any extra delay will be charged as extra day.

RENT A CAR RATES
Prices are calculated based on car category, rental period and locations. We would like to inform you that our rates are in value only for online bookings and the including insurances are explained clearly at the local terms and conditions. Completerentacar.com has the right to change the prices anytime. Reservations that have already been confirmed, will be served with the confirmed rates.

OUT OF HOURS
In all locations there is the possibility for delivery out of office hours. Usually is charged additionally and paid locally. The charge depends on the rent a car supplier and you can be informed about it in the local terms and conditions. In case of delay of your flight or ferry which will force you arrive out of office's hours, it is possible to be asked to pay the additional charge by the rent a car company.

Mechanical Problems
Any mechanical problem you may face with your car you have to report it immediately to the local rent a car company, whose telephone numbers are on your rent a car contract and on your rent a car voucher. In case it is required call the road assistance.

DELIVERY HOTELS
If you require your car at your hotel, you have to inform us the name of the hotel and a contact telephone number. At many locations there is the possibility the rent a car company to deliver your car at your hotel. Usually when your hotel is close to a branch office there is no extra charge. In case your accommodation is too far, may be an extra charge depending of the distance. You may be totally informed in the local terms and conditions.

ONE WAY RENTAL

PERSONAL INFORMATION

EXTENSIONS
During your holidays, you may change your plans and decide that you prefer to keep your car more. At this situation it would be better for you to log in at our rent a car web site and ask for this kind of amendment. We will ask from the rent a car company for an extension. Be careful, a deal direct with the rent a car company may be charged higher than our rent a car web site.

CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your booking. When this will happen, first of all you have to log in and cancel your booking. Remind we do not cancel bookings through telephone. When you cancel your reservation, the amount which you have been charged as deposit will be refunded except 2% from the amount, which will be the charge of the credit card from the bank.

NO SHOW CUSTOMER
When you have booked a car and you do not not arrive and not inform us for any amendments at your rent a car schedule you are considered a no show customer. There is no refund for the deposit charge and the rent a car supplier has the right to ask money from 1 day until the whole rental. We suggest you to inform us immediately for any amendment in order to avoid these problems.

REFUND MONEY
When we agree to refund money to you, we will be specific for the exact amount. This amount is always in euro, so not be surprised if you probably see a small difference with your country currency. In addition, usually our rent a car program needs 2 with 3 working days to confirm refunds.

BORDER EXIT
At most countries the border exit is not allowed by the rent a car supplier. In case you want to drive a way from the country's borders you have to ask the rent a car company. Maybe you will be asked an extra insurance for this, but do not try to do it without the rent a car permission.

INSURANCIES

PAYMENT METHOD

CREDIT CARD

FUEL POLICY
The fuel policy depends on our rent a car suppliers. Usually they ask the same fuel to be returned. Please be aware when you return the car empty of fuel, that you will be charged more than the normal price. In addition, for some of our rent a car suppliers, you may return the car tank empty simply paying the market price of the missing petrol/gasoline on delivery. This can be convenient for destinations where you travel long distances.


BLACK LIST
Completerentacar.com has created a black list for the rent a car suppliers but also for the customers. In case that a rent a car company unreasonable left the customer unsatisfied, immediately we put the company in the black list. At this situation, we decide the period of punishment or to stop cooperation with that company. The black list for the customers is based for customers who are disrespect to us and our rent a car suppliers, were rude or drove drunk. When a customer is loaded in black list, there will be no chance to rent a car from us again. In addition, the customer will be in black list for all the group of our companies.

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
If you will be at the unpleasant situation of a car accident, first of all try to be calm and remember that the panic is not helpful. If anyone is injured try to help him and call the ambulance. Call immediately the rent a car company at the emergency phone number. Call also the police and try to inform them exactly where you are located. Make a report for the accident with all the details. Try to keep as many informations as you can for the other vehicle, such as driver's name, register number etc. In case of mechanical breakdown contact the rent a car company plus the road assistance and remember to take your staff from the car.
